At Myra Gems, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible jewelry items. Please ensure all pieces remain in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Myra Gems box and include all certificates of authenticity to ensure a safe transit back to our studio.

  Ship with Ease

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
